Capabilities We handle every size order from prototype runs to unlimited quantities. We specialize in "Just in time" orders. • Multiple Spindle Department- 32 Acme Gridley and Cone automatic bar machines handle material from 1/4" diameter to 3 1/2" diameter. • Single Spindle Department- Browne & Sharpe, Warner & Swazey, and Hardinge bar machines handle material up to 4 5/8" diameter. • Secondary Operations- In house secondary operations include: deburring, drilling, boring, milling, CNC milling, broaching, tapping, threading, tumbling, sand blasting, and vibratory finishing. • Heat-Treating and Plating- In partnership with local vendors, we offer the highest quality heat treatment and plating, including cryogenic deep freeze. (We have our own special recipes for cutter wheels.) • Our Specialty- is tough cutting alloy steel. Our parts are found in heavy-duty hydraulics, off road equipment, trucks, railroad cars, mining equipment, power transmissions, heavy-duty electrical products, and hand tools. Quality Control Our quality system is designed to fulfill the requirements of MIL-I-45208A, MIL-STD 45662A, MIL-STD-105 and ISO 9002. We strive for continuous improvement through the use of qualified gauges and appropriate S.P.C. Full Engineering Services Our many years of experience are free to our customers. We can make your part to your print or sample. We gladly offer material and design suggestions for cost saving and product improvements. Cutter Wheels We are famous for our tube and pipe cutter wheels. We are the OEM for several tool manufacturers, and we make replacement wheels for Ridge Tools, Imperial, Reed Manufacturing, and others.
